1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

Car Headrest Hooks & Hangers: Must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all mounting clips or protective sleeves intact.
Car Trash Bags & Liners: Unopened packs or individual trash bags must be unused, unpeeled (if adhesive-backed), and in sanitary, original condition.
Car Console & Trunk Organizers: Must be unused, clean, free of dirt, pet hair, or debris, and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are exempt from returns and refunds:

Used or soiled car trash bags and liners.
Products damaged due to improper installation, overloading beyond stated weight limits, or excessive force.
Items purchased during final sale or clearance events.
Gift cards.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We thoroughly inspect all automotive accessories before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or contains defective components:

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damaged product and outer shipping box with the parcel label readable.

Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange a product (e.g., swapping a dual headrest hook for a trunk storage organizer) is to return the original unused item for a refund and place a new order on our store.
