Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for our automotive storage solutions, including car seat headrest hooks, leakproof car trash bags, and vehicle console/gap organizers.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Standard Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) after order placement.
Tracking Email Notification: Once your parcel is scanned and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and live tracking link.
Peak Season Notice: During high-volume shopping periods, sales events, or statutory holiday seasons, processing times may extend up to 3 business days.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Canadian Orders: Sales taxes (GST, HST, or PST) will be applied at checkout in accordance with federal and provincial tax guidelines based on your delivery address.
US & International Orders: Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance charges upon arrival in the destination country. Drive Neat Co. is not responsible for these additional fees; all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. PROTECTIVE PACKAGING FOR AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES

To ensure your items arrive free from scratches, structural bending, or tears:

Rigid Console & Gap Organizers: Shipped in padded protective wrap and heavy-duty corrugated cartons to prevent structural damage or crushing in transit.
Headrest Hooks & Trash Bags: Padded with bubble protection or durable poly mailers to keep hardware clips and adhesive backing strips completely intact.
Inspection Tip: Please carefully unbox rigid organizers before discarding shipping containers to check for any transit-related damage.

5. ADDRESS VERIFICATION & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Address Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details (including unit/apartment number, street address, city, province/state, and postal code) at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs.
Re-Shipping Charges: If a package is returned to our Toronto processing center due to an invalid address, insufficient delivery details, or failure to collect from a local postal depot, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

6. TRANSIT DAMAGE & LOST SHIPMENTS

Damaged Items Upon Delivery: If your car organizers, headrest hooks, or trash bags arrive damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and photo/video proof showing the damaged product and carrier shipping label.
Lost or Missing Packages: If carrier tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your residence, parcel locker, or with building management first, then contact our support team to initiate a carrier investigation.
